📝 Conversations you keep re living. Write them down and then write an affirmation or something about ‘this shit don’t matter its in the past the other person isn’t lying awake thinking of this now. I’m letting it go’
📝 Content ideas
📝 Speeches or conversations you want to have. This is usually when you come up with the perfect line then if it isn’t written it often escapes you the next day.
It can be a list, brain storm, mind map, conscious stream of thought, more of an in depth journal session if you just can’t shake it.
Then lie down ‘worry free’ take some deep calming breaths & try to drift off with a clear mind ☁️
