Lately I have been on my phone way too late & just time wasting. I have been getting to sleep later and later. I keep staying up past my โ€˜second windโ€™. Then Iโ€™m buzzing and under the false pretence that I donโ€™t need to go to bed yet & Iโ€™m not tired. That second wind will trick you like that. 
Then you miss that quality before midnight sleep ๐ŸŒฅ

๐Ÿ“ All the things you didn’t do and now you can’t stop thinking about it
๐Ÿ“ Conversations you keep re living. Write them down and then write an affirmation or something about ‘this shit don’t matter its in the past the other person isn’t lying awake thinking of this now. I’m letting it go’

๐Ÿ“ Content ideas
๐Ÿ“ Speeches or conversations you want to have. This is usually when you come up with the perfect line then if it isn’t written it often escapes you the next day.

It can be a list, brain storm, mind map, conscious stream of thought, more of an in depth journal session if you just can’t shake it.

Then lie down ‘worry free’ take some deep calming breaths & try to drift off with a clear mind โ˜๏ธ

Reminder: Count your blessings
