"Wellbeing isn't just about what you're eating. It's also about what you're thinking & saying" Thoughts become things. Thoughts & words affect our bodies at a cellular level. Choose your words wisely. Speak kindly to yourself & as well as others. Monitor your thoughts & self talk. Cut yourself off each time a negative thought or comment comes up. Choose a better feeling thought & phrase. Take baby steps if you need to and just keep stepping up your thinking to choose better feeling thoughts. Would you say that to your best friend? Why are you talking to yourself like that then? Does that comment make you feel good? Change your thoughts change your life 🌠

We’ve all been there. A quick flick through your Facebook or Insta feeds & the comparison can often begin. Why aren’t I where they are? I should have that much by now? Why am I so behind? Well it’s time to stop that. You are exactly where you are suppose to be at this exact moment. Why comparison doesn’t make sense anyway? ✨You don’t know what’s really going on with the other person anyway. They may have a whole shit storm going on in their lives. Everyone has their own struggles. ☀️People usually only showcase there best shit. They may have taken a hundred pics to get that one amazing one. They aren’t posting their regular daily ins & outs, just the best. 🌙 Don’t waste your energy with comparison. Focus on your own journey & keep your game strong. ✨ There are no rules about what level you are suppose to be at & how far along you are suppose to be. This is your own journey, your own life – enjoy it 💜 So with that you have permission to stop the comparison now! Your energy is better spent on living your own wonderful life. Enjoy it ⚡

I C E D 💛 C O F F E E. Just coffee, milk go choice & a little ice. Sometimes black iced coffee. Sometimes black w a dash of milk. ☀️💛

I've had a very long hard day ~ Chandler Id follow suit & have a hot bath with a handful of Epsom salts 2 drops of Lavender essential oil 1 tbsp of coconut oil. ( 💦 Does make it slippery) ☀️After the bath I would add 2 drops of Lavender peace/Serenity to some almond oil and use that to moisturize my upper body. ☀️2 drops of Cypress with some almond oil for my legs, to support circulation. ☀️ Face - 1 drop of vetiver in my face oil and rub on face, neck and chest. Cup my hands over my nose and take three deep belly breaths. Rub my feet with anything left on my hands. ☀️Feet I'd also pop a drop of balance on the bottom of my feet to help calm and ground me. It's a blend that already has coconut oil in it. Can cup hands and deep breath this in too before putting on feet. ☀️ Diffuse - 1 drop Frankincense, 1 drop Vetiver, 1 drop Cedarwood & 1drop balance ☀️ Bed - a drop of marjoram under my pillow to support restful sleep ☀️ Cuppa - Either Cacao w a drop of cardamom for flavour. Or golden milk - turmeric powder, tea masala, milk of choice, a little bit of honey if spice is too much. Can add a drop of tumeric oil as well it does have quite a different flavour but it is more bioavailable to the body than the powder. You still need the powder either way for the colour and that tumeric flavour. ☀️ If I'm really anxious about something or overthinking etc I roll the peace blend across my chest before sleeping and take a few deep breathes. This is something I do when I haven't done all the other mentioned. As doing all of these usually is calming enough for me. ☀️ Get an early night ☀️ Oh and I fall sleep to meditation. I love the Deepak and Oprah series and Jessica Snow. ☀️🌸 What self care do you add after a long day?
