1. Make the most of that good food you eat

Probiotics help your body absorb all the nutrients from all that healthy food & put it to good use. The good bugs are essential for digestion and assimilation of those nutrients. They especially help absorb magnesium, calcium and iron

Approximately 85% of the immune system resides in the gut. When the good bugs in your gut have been compromised it follows that the immune system is also compromised. Probiotics have been shown to enhance immunity, relieve gut infections.
