There are no words. One week since terror shattered our city, the muslim community & most of all the lives of families and the loved ones they lost. Thinking of all of those lost & left behind. Lots of love & healing to those effected. We are shocked, shocked at the extent of the horror. Not shocked that racism & hate is present in our society. Check yourself & call out those around you who participate in casual racism & beyond. Be Kind, practice acceptance, reach out to others, support our muslim brothers & sisters, role model & teach your tamariki to be kind to all. I do a drop with my face oil then rub my hands together apply to my face then cup my hands over my nose and take two deep breaths I find it so calming and relaxing. Then rub the left over from my hands on my neck and feet 😴 ⠀

The shelf itself I’ve had since I was like 12 it wasn’t being used and was thinking about what I should do with it. Lightbulb moment - put it up this way beside my desk with oils. Perfect because my other oil storage is full 🙊 It’s on point with my Intentional living too- using what I already have 👊🏼⠀
