Habit I’m working on this week
⭐️Screens off at 9pm latest
⭐️ Sleep 10pm
Lately I have been on my phone way too late & just time wasting. I have been getting to sleep later and later. I keep staying up past my ‘second wind’. Then I’m buzzing and under the false pretence that I don’t need to go to bed yet & I’m not tired. That second wind will trick you like that.
Then you miss that quality before midnight sleep 🌥
