I starting adding Vetiver to my night time routine -amazing! I put about a drop sometimes about 1/2 if you dab the bottle on your hand. (Vetiver is a thick oil so slower to come out of the bottle) So anyway add this to my face oil at night, then I rub the rest on the bottom of my feet. Vetiver supports oily/aged/tired/irritated skin 💙 it’s a really calming oil 💙 supports insomnia, nervousness, stress. I have had the best sleeps since using it each night 🙌🏽 I obviously need to put it on my face earlier in the night so I’m not up all night 😴 I’ve had vetiver awhile and hadn’t actually used it until the last few weeks. Well a Money Monday post just manifested itself. I was literally just putting a jacket back in the wardrobe, when I noticed this Singapore airlines air hostess pic. Realising it was a vision board I had made & put in the back of the wardrobe at least 3 years ago. I was like holy shit. I pulled back the clothes to see the whole thing. Yes manifesting it all ✨ These are a few things I noticed had already come through. ✨ Who went on Singapore airlines this year? we did! Who stayed in a hotel similar to this one? we did! The words say ‘the true healing power of plants’. I put all of this out there well before I had any thought that I’d ever travel to India, long before I’d even heard of Doterra. I am mind blown. Make a vision board - physical or digital - keep it on your phone, write down your goals and exactly what you desire. Dream big there’s no limits. 💖
