Ways to use Siberian Fir essential oil | Oil of the week series

Siberian Fir was the oil of the week

Oil of the week – This year I’m choosing an oil a week to focus on trying different ways of using it. I’m choosing oils which I haven’t used a lot. It works well with my Intentional living – using what I have, getting more value from what I have & going deeper with things.

What does Doterra say about its Siberian Fir oil?

🌿Siberian Fir can help promote feelings of easy breathing, while calming the emotions and providing a grounding effect.

After strenuous activity, massage into skin for soothing comfort.

When working through difficult circumstances at home, work, or school, diffuse Siberian Fir to help reduce stress.

Apply topically to skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.

Inhale deeply and experience the refreshing aroma.

Ways I used Siberian Fir this week

🌿 Intent Diffuser Blend

2 drops of wild orange

2 drops Siberian fir

1 drops of lime

🌿 After strenuous activity, massage into skin for soothing comfort.

🌿 When working through difficult circumstances at home, work, or school, diffuse Siberian Fir to help reduce stress.

🌿 Apply topically to skin to help soothe minor skin irritations.

🌿 Inhale deeply and experience the refreshing aroma.

I loved these great ways to use Marjoram & I’ll be repeating.

Some other uses for Siberian Fir

💭 Apply to a fussy child’s feet prior to a nap.

💭 Replace Marjoram essential oil in your next recipe that calls for dried Marjoram.

💭 Apply to muscles before and after exercising.

I loved focusing on an oil like this & ‘getting to know’ the oil better.

Looking forward to learning more about the different oils each week through my ‘Oil of the week’. You can follow along on the blog here, on Instagram. You can also become my email buddy here, so I can send you my latest 💕
