Ways to use Cardamom Essential oil | Oil of the week series

I recently became totally obsessed with cardamom essential oil. I hadn’t even used it until just before this Oil of the week.

Oil of the week – This year I’m choosing an oil a week to focus on trying different ways of using it. I’m choosing oils which I haven’t used a lot. It works well with my Intentional living – using what I have, getting more value from what I have & going deeper with things.

What does Doterra say about its Cardamom oil?

πŸƒ May help maintain overall gastrointestinal health

πŸƒ Promotes clear breathing and respiratory health when used
internally

πŸƒ Flavorful spice for cooking and baking

πŸƒ Diffuse or inhale for a sense of openness and mental clarity.

Ways I used Cardamom this week

πŸ”†Adding just a drop to my coffee or tea its delicious

πŸ”†Aromatically- the easiest way ever. Opening the bottle and taking a deep breath in to smell the oil. For focus & mental clarity

πŸ”† Awake Diffuser blend

3 drops Cardamom

2 drops of Wild Orange

1 drop Peppermint

πŸ”†Freshly fallen snow diffuser blend

3 drops Cardamom

2 drops Copaiba

1 drop of clove

πŸ”†Emotional support to support you to break down the emotions of frustration and anger

I loved focusing on an oil like this & ‘getting to know’ the oil better.

Looking forward to learning more about the different oils each week through my ‘Oil of the week’.
